We offer a range of wedding planning services, including but not limited to event coordination, vendor referrals, venue selection, budgeting assistance, and design consultation. The specific services provided will be outlined in your service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and necessary approvals to ensure smooth planning. Clients must also adhere to venue and vendor requirements.
4. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure our services.

Full payment must be made by the agreed-upon date(s).

Additional services requested after the contract is signed may incur extra charges.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service termination.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time; however, refunds will be subject to our cancellation policy.

If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the wedding date, no refunds will be provided.

If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Vendor and Venue Responsibilities
We may recommend third-party vendors and venues, but we are not responsible for their performance, products, or policies. Clients must enter into separate agreements with vendors.
7. Liability and Indemnity

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party vendors, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients agree to indemnify us from any claims or liabilities arising from their event.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share client information without consent.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes affecting their service agreement.
